3 Months Old!!!

Miss Madilynn turned 3 months old on Tuesday...here are a few photos...
it was hard to narrow it down!

Madilynn thinks she is so big, and likes to try to stand - so we went ahead and got out her jumper....notice the pillow - she's still too little to reach the ground - but she does seem to enjoy it!

She is really starting to enjoy her books!

Mother's day - Flowers from Matt, and a February birthstone glass bear (just like mine) from Madilynn...it was a great day!

Madilynn's first day of daycare - both mommy and daddy were off so we both took her to get used to everything. Everyone there is super nice, and she seems to enjoy it.

Madilynn's first trip to the Amish Country

The Monday after Easter many of us were still off of work, so we decided to take a trip to the Amish country. It was a last minute decision, luckily I had packed enough clothes for Miss Madilynn...we were able to stay at Grandma Teri's one more night.
We had a great day, filled with good doughnuts, breads, and jellies.
Because this was Madilynn's first trip we decided to stop and get some photos.
She did great riding in the car all day. We had a fun trip!

Funny one of the few pictures was have of the three of us, and it is in Amish Country!

Easter Weekend

Easter weekend was our first weekend staying at Grandma Teri's house overnight with Miss Madilynn. We were able to put her in a playpen in our room to sleep at night (luckily Madilynn had just spent the past weekend sleeping in her playpen in our room since her cousin Gabriella was using her crib). So our being away from home really didn't phase her.
We had a very busy weekend with celebrations at Great Grandma Sharon's on Saturday, then Easter lunch at Great-Grandma Rosie's on Sunday.
Here are a few photos from the weekend....

This is just some of the gifts Madilynn recieved....she received more books and bunnies as the weekend progressed.

Aunt Jenny

Aunt Alicia

Aunt Jackie

Cousin's Sarah and Carlie

Cousin Elizabeth

Cousin Ericka (by this time it was late, and Madilynn was getting very tired)

Cousin Emily

Uncle Jason holding Madilynn after Church
(we made it to 0730 mass, and Madilynn didn't say a peep- she was wonderful)

Aunt Katie went Turkey hunting early Easter Morning....

Aunt Dawn

We were using the eggs to work on our colors....

Madilynn had a very busy weekend, she was held by many Aunts and cousins over the course of the two days, and she enjoyed every minute of it. So long as she can face out - and see what is going on (she is nosey like her mommy) then she was content to just hang out and take it all in.
Matt and I also enjoyed our weekend - it is so nice to live in Ohio and be close to family!

Dad's 60th Birthday Party

We had a party at our house for Dad's 60th Birthday. It's taken me awhile to get the photos on the computer, but I finally did. I thought I would share a few from the great weekend. (April 16th)
Christy and Gabriella flew in from Pheonix for the party.

GiGi was able to come up from South Carolina.

Kevin and Anna had a ball playing with Gabriella.

Grandma Blazer made it up from Florida.

Shalina and Ann were there for the party as well.

The girls playing in the bamboo....guess it is good for something....

Karen and Joy with Kathryn and Amanda

The birthday boy!

Several people from Dad's support group were able to come....these are some of the "Applebee's crew".

All of my mom's side of the family.

Grandpa with Madilynn

The antique person himself!

There were nearly 60 people that made the trip to Chillicothe to help celebrate Dad's Birthday.
The weather cooperated for the most part, allowing the kids to play outside. Festivities even included an easter egg hunt. We are so glad everyone was able to come, and hope everyone had as much fun as we did!
