This year we were fortunate enough to be able to take vacation and went down to Trick or Treat with our family in Aiken. The girls were all dressed up....Madilynn was a witch -a PURPLE witch! And Meredith was a ladybug.
We were able to trick or treat at a few houses close by with Anna and Kevin (both were wolves...Shalina was little red riding hood).
Besides all the goodies, and getting to wear her Purple Witch costume, Madilynn's favorite part was ringing the doorbells...though she wasn't quite tall enough for most of them....
Meredith got her goodies from the first house and carried them the rest of the way...
Even Gigi handed out special treats to the girls!
At Ms. Judy's house the girls got special noise makers...they loved them!
They also loved stopping in to play with all the black cat decorations Ms. Judy has...
After trick or treat it was back to Aunt Rose's for a couple quick rides on Gigi's Cadillac...
Of course you need a cute little jack-o-lantern cake for Halloween...
Meredith carried around this Kit-Kat and Rice Krispie treat all night long...the chocolate was beyond melted!! She wasn't giving them up!
I think we went to 4 houses in all - it was just enough for the girls...they had a wonderful time Trick or Treating!!
